If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we can discuss how to resolve the issue, exclusions apply - see below.  Ship items back within 5 days of delivery.

 

Accidental purchase? Please request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase otherwise we will assume you want your items in a timely manner and we will get to work on your order!

 

Following cannot be returned due to the nature of the item unless they arrive damaged or defective:

- Custom or personalized orders

- Items on sale

 

Conditions of returns:

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.  If the item is not returned in original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value (exclusions apply). Contact us within 48 hours of delivery; ship items back within 5 days of delivery.

 

Shipping Policy:

Non custom items will be shipped within 1-2 business days unless in an order with a custom item then all items will be shipped after custom item is finished.  Customs due to the nature of the item take 1-2 weeks dependent on speed of getting supplies in addition to producing/curing time, we will contact you specifically if we run into any issues or are in need of more time.  Have any questions?  Don't hesitate to contact us via email or on any of our socials!
